Chi Heralda runs the Hearts Challenger ice-cream truck, which offers a different selection of international ice creams every day. The day our Video Look Book caught him, he offered mostly Japanese flavors. His pants also originated in Japan: a pink ladies’ style from Uniqlo. His polo was from Muji and his shoes from Pearl River Mart. “I’ve never considered myself fashionable at all, in any sense of the word,” Heralda told us. “I’m just a hand-me-down guy.
