New York May Ban Fish Pedicures; Taylor Momsen’s Makeup Critics Won’t Let Up

• State Senator Jeffrey Klein drafted legislation to ban fish pedicures — a treatment that uses small fish to eat away dead skin on the feet — in New York State on the grounds that they are "dirty and dangerous and a serious risk to one’s health," Klein said in a statement.
