Trovata Settles Lawsuit With Forever 21; Project Runway to Become Video Game

Trovata and Forever 21 settled a trade-dress-infringement lawsuit that has been going on for two years. A second trial was supposed to begin tomorrow after a judge declared the first a mistrial in May. [WWD]
