Models are often known for their legs or eyes, or the way they walk, but rarely does the industry find a model with real personality. We were lucky enough to have met Daul Kim, and we can safely say she had personality and then some. Born in Seoul, South Korea, her career kick-started with spreads in Korean Vogue. It helped that she had impeccable street style that was praised by bloggers and editors. She became a favorite of the edgier glossies: i-D and Dazed & Confused. Karl Lagerfeld was a fan, too, having championed Kim for all of Chanel's 2007 shows and booked her in the Chanel Coco Cocoon video. In Daul's relatively short career, she was embraced by photographers and stylists alike: Sebastian Kim, Erika Kurihara, Ben Hassett, and Steven Meisel. What we'll miss most about Daul isn't her way with the camera, but the girl herself. Click ahead to see 25 of our favorite Daul moments.
