Touting the holiday season, color trends, and party makeup gets a bit old after awhile, and quite honestly, a great product is great regardless of the occasion. Cargo's new Hands of Hope eye-shadow palette doesn't need any sort of spin. It's stocked with nine sultry, richly pigmented colors ranging from Midnight Blue to Gunmetal Gray, and the texture is just as luscious as it appears. They work brilliantly blended together, but look just as smoking hot by themselves. And the palette comes with a Hamsa hand design, which is a symbol of peace, hope, and prosperity. Nice design touch and positive message, but it's really all about the shadows themselves.
