The Hills star Heidi Montag Pratt admits she's addicted to plastic surgery in the new issue of People magazine, owning up to getting ten procedures in one day. "For the past three years I’ve thought about what to have done. I am absolutely beyond obsessed," the 23-year-old said. She plans to get her DDD-size breast implants even larger as well.
