Sophie Theallet Lands Fashion Incubator Spot; Britney Spears Wore See-through Dolce to the Grammys

• The twelve inaugural tenants in the CFDA Fashion Incubator are: Alice Ritter, Bibhu Mohapatra, Prabal Gurung, Sophie Theallet, Rachel Dooley with Gemma Redux, Grant Krajecki of Grey Ant, Waris Ahluwalia of House of Waris, Joel Diaz with Jolibe, Alison Lewis with the Lewis label, Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne of Public School, Yuvi Alpert and Danna Kobo of Ruby Kobo, and Justin Giunta of Subversive Jewelry. • Coach is opening a menswear-only store in May at 370 Bleecker Street. [WWD]

House of Versace, a new book about Donatella Versace by Deborah Ball, goes into the details of the designer's alleged drug addictions, and includes a story about Elton John confronting Donatella at her daughter Allegra's 18th-birthday party. [NYDN]

• Britney Spears wore a transparent Dolce & Gabbana outfit last night at the Grammys; it was similar to the outfit she wore to the awards show in 2001. [StyleWatch/People]

• Gene Montesano and Barry Perlman, co-founders of Lucky Brand, are leaving their creative operating roles at the company, of which Liz Claiborne owns 85 percent. The Lucky Brand founders' contracts are similar to those of Claiborne-owned Juicy Couture's founders, who are also leaving. [WWD]

• Model Kristen McMenamy: "I have to say though, I like my body more than my face. I never liked my face, it was always not right. Sometimes it looks good in a picture. We’re all the same: I can have a fat month and I can feel totally horrible in my skinny jeans, and then the next month I can be four pounds less and I’ll feel great ... I know people will hate me saying that — I’m a model — but the way you feel in your mind is the same. In your head it’s a fat day. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has some serious fashion competition — and it isn't from Michelle Obama. Samantha Cameron, wife of British Conservative Party leader David Cameron, was voted best dressed in a survey by Tatler magazine. [Telegraph UK]

• Didier Grumbach, head of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture: "Couture isn't an industry any more. It's a savoir-faire and a service. If you think of it in terms of an industry it's totally decadent. It's considered advertising. For France, couture is a symbol of the luxury industry. For that reason it's very important."
