Jennifer Betka is a recent ex–New Yorker who landed in L.A., and hated it — at first. “The first year and a half I really hated it. And then about six months ago, I really fell in love with the weather like everyone else.” But Betka still knows how to dress for chilly New York days, as evidenced by her Burberry cape and hat.
