Instead of buying multiple eyeliners to create various looks, mass-market brand Physicians Formula decided to make it easy on us (and our wallets) by launching its new Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Gel Cream Liners. They come in three complimentary colors for your eyes. For instance, if you have brown eyes you may want to pick up the set that comes with black, brown, and eggplant. Of course, there are combinations for blue, green, and hazel eyes as well. Besides the cheap price and cute snap-on, snap-off pots, we were impressed by the density, richness, and smoothness of the colors upon application. Not a bad deal for $11.
