Ex–French Vogue fashion director Marie Amelie Sauve is rumored to be a top contender for a job at W under Stefano Tonchi. After leaving French Vogue last year, she styled for other international editions of Vogue, AnOther, and T. Fashionista notes that she'd be an odd choice if Tonchi intends to make W "less of a fashion-obsessed publication." Sauve's name was recently in the news when it was thought she had something to do with Balenciaga banning French Vogue.
