Carine Roitfeld favorite Lara Stone will appear on the cover of this issue, which marks the magazine’s 75th anniversary and hits newsstands September 10. The issue brick includes:
• 276 pages of ads, which is 110 pages more than last year’s October issue.
• 104 pages of congratulations from all kinds of designers, because fashion loves a back scratch.
• 150 pages of features, shot by photographers like Mario Sorrenti, David Sims, Terry Richardson, Steven Klein, Hedi Slimane, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
• Inès de la Fressange’s 11-year-old daughter modeling the little black dress (shot by Slimane). Because what else would Inès’s daughter do at 11? Swing over a pit of gravel?
