Caroline Brasch Nielsen Is Tuesday’s Top Model

By

Some of our favorite rising stars ruled the runways on Tuesday. Lithuanian beauty Julija Step opened for Rodarte; hot Dutch export Bo Don closed for Yigal Azrouël; Sudanese model Ajak nabbed the opening and closing slots for up-and-coming designer Matthew Ames; and the Anna Wintour–approved Frida Gustavsson, who has three Vogue editorials in the forthcoming October issue, opened for Marc by Marc Jacobs. But it is Danish rookie Caroline Brasch Nielsen who has really become the face to watch this Fashion Week. After a ridiculously strong showing at last season's Paris Fashion Week, Nielsen opened and closed for Hervé Léger and picked up the first look at Narciso Rodriguez. See all of yesterday's opener and closers in the slideshow ahead.
