• In a new ad campaign for Revlon’s Fire & Ice collection, Jessica Biel reenacted the brand’s 1952 ad for a collection by the same name, which starred Dorian Leigh. The line has been rereleased as three lip and nail colors. [T/NYT]

• A Nivea advertisement has been banned in the U.K. for making misleading statements about the effects of an anti-wrinkle lotion. The ad stated, “Nivea Visage Anti-Wrinkle Q10 Plus helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles … so it's no surprise that 37 percent of women feel more attractive now than they did ten years ago.” The Advertising Standards Authority said it wasn’t clear that the 37 percent was in fact referring to a survey that was unrelated to Nivea product usage.
