Slouchy, short-sleeved sweatshirts have proliferated on the runway recently, from Marc Jacobs and Dries Van Noten for fall to Michael Kors for spring and Phillip Lim for pre-fall. Off the runway, J.Crew and its ilk have been aggressively playing up the pairing of sweatshirts with sequined or beaded skirts. This heather-gray version has the same comfy-chic shape as its high-end counterparts but adds strips of lacy webbing at the shoulders. Wear it with jeans or dress it up for contrast, à la Kors or Marant.
