John Galliano to Stand Trial

French prosecutors have decided the designer will be tried for racist remarks allegedly made at a Paris café last week. Allegations include "public insults based on the origin, religious affiliation, race or ethnicity." The trial may begin between April and June, and if convicted, Galliano could be sentenced to six months in prison and fines up to $31,000. [MSNBC]
