Anna Dello Russo attended an exhibit of Peter Lindbergh's work in Milan yesterday wearing a gold wrap dress from Reed Krakoff's spring 2011 collection, a padlock pendant by Eddie Borgo, and chunky bracelets. But the real star of her outfit was her hat — a shiny pineapple attached to a black headband, with a small tulle veil in the mix — by Alan Journo. She also carried a gold Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.
