British Vogue Can’t Tell Asian Models Apart, Apparently

Liu Wen in Derek Lam's spring 2011 show.

The June issue of British Vogue includes a story about the influx of Asian models in the high-end fashion industry, titled "The New Guard," that's quite similar to a piece in December's American Vogue on the same subject. In any case, there's an embarrassing gaffe in British Vogue's article: A photograph of Chinese model Liu Wen walking in Derek Lam's spring show (pictured) is misidentified as a different Chinese model, Du Juan, who didn't even walk in the show.
