Vogue is launching yet another new website this December, but details are scanty. [AdWeek]

• Gilt Groupe will launch Banana Republic's Mad Men–inspired collection on Monday, a whole three weeks before it drops in retail stores. [Racked]

• Hailee Steinfeld was actually a model way before all this Miu Miu business: "It's kind of funny because when I was younger I did a lot of print and then I went more into acting so I had a little deja vu when I went back to it, doing the whole modeling thing again." [Fashionista]

• Brad Goreski will be video-chatting on Fashism this afternoon. [People StyleWatch]

• Bloomingdale’s has misspelled the name of Ermenegildo Zegna at their 59th Street location’s in-store advertising. They have it as Zenga. [Racked]

Giles Deacon would never have just the one muse: “I find it a bit creepy this obsession with one woman, because to me it’s just really unrealistic. Out of all of our friends, your friends, how many different types of women are there? And for me, it’s not about not being focused on a type of woman; there are all different women in the world. There’s so many different personalities and body shapes and people to dress in this world that to narrow yourself just down to one, for me just seems unrealistic, and very odd”. [Grazia Daily]

• Daphne Guinness is very annoyed that people are pretending to be her on Facebook. [TheRealDaphne/Twitter]

• More Daphne: She’s starring in a new art-house film about the life of actress Jean Seberg. You can watch the whole movie on YouTube. [Harper’s Bazaar UK]

• Jacob Brown, features editor at T Magazine, has directed a short film starring Luke Worrall. About the project, he says, “I’m also really interested in the way that modeling can affect a young guy’s sense of self, his sexuality, etc. How does it feel to be a normal dude from a small town who ends up spending his days in New York and Paris subject to a constant male gaze, being objectified, etc. It can make guys feel like hustlers a little, like characters from a Gus Van Sant movie or something. So all of that describes the inspiration behind the character that Luke plays.” []

Jessica White on her celibacy: “Women nowadays, we connect physically too soon without actually getting to know the person. If you don't actually give this person your body and then they let you down, there really isn't a great disappointment; not like it would be if you have already connected physically. I started going on that journey, and I thought to myself, you know what, the next man that I give my body to will be the man that God brought into my life.” [HuffPo]

Hussein Chalayan wishes the media would focus more on his actually wearable designs: “Our real clothes inspire more people. The showpieces, like the coffee table dress, are monuments of the clothes we make. It's the real clothes that take up the most of my time. As a journalist you're interested in those big, experimental pieces but it is the real clothes that are really important.” [Vogue UK]
