Karen Elson’s new shoe line for Nine West, “Vintage America,” hits stores soon, so she’s been making the press rounds to talk about it. But it’s proved tricky to dress herself for such appearances, since she’s used to picking out her shoes last instead of first: “Today I did it reverse, because I knew I wanted to wear these [Nine West] shoes. It was actually quite confusing to me because I didn’t know what to put on, I was driving myself crazy with the multitude of dresses and hoopla.” Crazy, she says! [Stylelist]
