When buying a date outfit, you shouldn’t consult a girlfriend or a gay male friend, says Stanger. Instead, you should bring “a hot straight male friend” to go shopping with you, because “he’ll know what will get you laid.” One could argue that if you have a hot, straight, male friend who likes to watch you try on clothes, there’s probably no need to go on dates.
