A number of heavy hitters walked in Milan today, including Jil Sander, which featured lots of crisp, buttoned-up white shirt-dresses punctuated with bursts of paisley. Meanwhile, Bottega Veneta toyed with jewel-toned corsets and fringe rendered from pieced-together strips of silk, and Emporio Armani worked with a clean black-and-white palette with lots of contrast piping and some very proper boater hats.
