Lady Gaga Sues Company for Using Her Name to Sell Jewelry and Makeup

It seems dumb enough that a company called Excite Worldwide named a jewelry and cosmetics line "Lady Gaga by Design." But stupider still, they then attempted to trademark the name, which was not only denied by the U.S. Patent and Trademark office but also attracted the attention of Lady Gaga herself, who's now suing them.
