Rooney Mara Said to Cover Vogue's November Issue; Molly Sims Got Married

• Rooney Mara is rumored to be Vogue's November cover girl, in advance of her upcoming role in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. [Fashionista]

• In other Molly Sims news, the Project Runway: Accessories judge will be joined by InStyle’s Ariel Foxman and Kenneth Cole when the show airs in November, and "lifestyle expert" Eva Lorenzotti will mentor the contestants, Tim Gunn–style. [Styleite]

• A Canadian company has apparently been trying to sell spots on the calendar at Paris Fashion Week, which is a fraud. Says the French Couture Foundation’s executive secretary: “We don’t want designers to be fooled … it gives the wrong idea that just anyone could show in Paris.” [WSJ]

Alice Temperley on Pippa Middleton: "Having Pippa Middleton at the show was wonderful … I love her character and I'm really flattered she decided to come on Monday.” On a different note, Temperley said her 2-year-old son spent time pre-show smacking the models’ butts. [Vogue UK]

• Franca Sozzani told the Times: “The Internet is so quick, and that sentence is picked up. Sometimes I say I think elegance is very boring, or I hate fashionistas. You start with something that you say in a situation, and after that the journalists pick some sentence and some quote and say just that. • Since making their offer to buy out Bulgari, minority shareholders in the company have tendered their shares to LVMH, meaning the luxury conglomerate now owns just over 98 percent of the brand. [Reuters]

WWD rated Tom Brady’s style and gave him an A -, faulting him for “greasy long hair” that apparently suggests a midlife crisis. [WWD]

• The daughter of Marni designer Consuela Castiglioni has just launched an online magazine for the brand, which will be out quarterly. [WWD]

Chanel has filed a lawsuit against 399 websites it believes are selling counterfeit branded merchandise. [Business Week]

• There’ll be a documentary all about Naomi Campbell airing in the U.K. this Wednesday, and it’ll be shown on a U.S. channel on October 1. [Racked]

• Nicki Minaj has a necklace with a big pink pendant in the shape of a fried chicken wing. [ONTD]
