Just when you thought you were getting a pretty good start to 2012 (you've already recovered the credit cards/house keys/dignity that you lost on New Year's Eve, congrats!), Gwyneth Paltrow delivers this soul-crushing piece of news: She's starting a month-long cleanse. What's perhaps even more depressing is that she's posted the regimen on Goop so that it's "accessible" for other folks to follow along. It consists of a shake for breakfast, solid food (er, chopped salad or soup) for lunch, and a shake for dinner. Oh, and some supplements, yum.
