Nicki Minaj Wants a Clothing Line; L’Wren Scott Gets Sued [Updated]

• A current priority for Nicki Minaj's management is negotiating a deal with a fashion house so she can sell her own clothing line. [NYT]

L'Wren Scott is being sued for naming one of her handbag designs "Lula" (after her late mother). The claimant is Angelica Cota, a designer who has a handbag line called "LuLA." Update: Although Cota filed the suit back in August, neither Scott nor her company LS Fashions have been served with the legal papers, according to Scott's publicist. [Fashion Etc]
