Anna Paquin attended the premiere of True Blood's fifth season last night in Hollywood wearing a look from Rachel Comey's spring 2012 collection. The black dress featured a sheer, lacy, polka-dot pattern with geometric panels sewn on the front. She added a pair of black peep-toe heels by Casadei and carried a Christian Louboutin clutch.
