Before Amanda Brooks departs on her much-hyped year in England, she invited Garance Doré over to her sun-drenched apartment to take pictures of the Brooks family dog shedding all over their deep-buttoned upholstery. (Don’t worry, the dog gets to go on “creative sabbatical,” too.)
