Hit the streets of the Big Apple and the City of Angels with these lighter-than-air itineraries designed for the comfort conscious urbanite.

12 p.m.: Head west out of the park via Columbus Circle toward the Time Warner Center (10 Columbus Circle) for shopping and a “café-com-leite” and delicious chocolate bouchon at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery.

2 p.m.: Walk east and south to 46th Street to explore the famous Little Brazil shopping district between Fifth and Sixth avenues and then recharge with rodizio-style BBQ lunch at Plataforma (316 W. 49th St. between Eighth and Ninth avenues).

4 p.m.: Circle back up toward Bryant Park (Sixth Ave. at 42ndSt.) to sunbathe on the lawn and grab a refreshing cerveja at the outdoor bar.

6 p.m.: Head to Mad46 (45 East 45th St.) to watch the sunset with cool caipirinhas and savory small bites, like water melon salad with mint and feta.

LOS ANGELES
Hop on a Vespa and bounce around L.A. like a stylishly chilled-out “Sampa” local with yoga, live Brazilian music, and dancing.

10 a.m.: Get into swimsuit-model shape with a morning workout at Brazilian Yoga & Pilates (3191 Casitas Ave. near Minneapolis St.).

4 p.m.: Learn the “ginga” in a beginner’s capoeira class at Capoeira Brasil (5557 West Washington Blvd. near S. Curson Ave.).

6 p.m.: Follow the summertime Street Food Cinema food truck meetup (streetfoodcinema.com) for outdoor movies and tasty bites at Exposition Park Drive near USC on Saturday nights through Labor Day.
