British Harper’s Bazaar Taps Justine Picardie

The fashion journalist and author fills the editor-in-chief role at British Harper's Bazaar starting next month. She replaces Lucy Yeomans, who left the magazine back in March for a job at Net-a-Porter. Harper's also gains a new creative director, says Hearst U.K., to assist with "[taking] the iconic luxury brand into a new era."
