Los Angeles-based jewelry designer Azature is a self-professed "Black Diamond King." Along with his own, extensive collection of black diamond jewelry, Azature also makes the world's only $250,000 nail polish — that's 267 carats of crushed black diamond powder in each bottle. Of which there is one. And Kelly Osbourne apparently dipped into it before the Emmy's, tweeting how she was "so excited & honored" to be allowed to let the formula touch her fingertips. Fred Segal offers a $25 version that supposedly contains 0.5 ounces of black diamond in each bottle — and lots of non-diamond sparkles in it to mimic Azature's — both probably chip in three seconds, anyway.
