In New York, eyeliner took its rightful place on the tops of lids — sometimes with a flick at the end for that retro, cat-eye look, other times hugging the upper lash line in electric pink, blue, and yellow for a punkier effect. But in London, liner has moved a little further south with graphic, exaggerated strikes placed under the eye. Black was the color of choice at Marios Schwab, while white stood out at Unconditional — both giving off a football-player-like “don’t mess with me” vibe.
