The Cut’s congressional lip-readers believe that when this photo was taken, Warren and Baldwin were possibly (a) debunking the fiscal cliff myth, (b) making fun of Paul Ryan’s ”urban” vote remark, or (c) trying to figure out where the women’s bathrooms are.
