Los Angeles–based brow artist Anastasia Soare is best known for her arch-perfecting products, but recently she’s been paying extra attention to the entire eye area. Her newest product is a two-booklet set, which includes her signature brow-shaping tools (tweezers, brow brush, and two defining powders), along with a dual-ended brush and four-pan, copper-tone shadow palette — nearly all of the elements necessary for well-groomed peepers.
