The fourth album from France’s former first lady (now a stay-at-home bourgeois) is “practically finished,” says her agent Bertrand de Labbey, who told RTL that Carla “suffered from not being able to do her job” as an artiste when she was holed up in the Elysee palace. “But,” de Labbey added, “she made a choice.
