Street Style: The Opulent Clothes at Couture

In many ways, couture is a preamble to the coming fashion month. Or, as we like to think of it, the qualifying rounds for the Street Style Olympics soon to come. While some attendees proved their devotion to fashion by wearing bare legs and pumps with utter disregard for the weather, others, like stylist Elisa Nalin, stayed warm and quirky in layers of mismatched plaids. Unlike most ready-to-wear seasons, the women who attend couture choose extra-opulent clothes with the confidence only money can buy, and Cut photographer Young Jin Koo was on the snowy scene in Paris this week to capture the crowd outside of the shows.
