Last night, Kate Middleton went out again (her third appearance this week!) to attend an event at the National Portrait Gallery in London, home to her controversial royal portrait. Now six months pregnant, she wore a powder-blue maternity dress by Emilia Wickstead and delivered a speech on behalf of the Art Room, a charity she supports. Just hours before, two suspects were charged with criminal invasion of privacy relating to last September’s topless photo scandal, so she was probably in even better spirits than usual, not that anyone would be able to tell the difference between Kate’s foul-mood smile and her ecstatically happy smile. (As we all know, she only truly emotes at sporting events.)
