Vienna's transportation system has seen a recent increase in unacceptable onboard conduct — like nudity, sex, and transporting weird animals. (A pet horse?)

Now city officials are cracking down: Sheriffs have been authorized to issue €50 fines to offenders, including kissing couples. It’s not clear whether the prohibition on heavy petting also applies to an innocent kiss good-bye, but a spokesman for the city’s transportation network assured the Daily Mail that the controllers “are well trained to recognize what disturbs other passengers.” Passengers eating smelly food or talking too loudly on their cell phone risk penalties, too.
