Rent the Runway, forever the go-to designer-rental site for women experiencing last-minute fashion panic attacks, has launched an exclusive 1400-square-foot showroom, which opens its palatial doors today. Located on the second floor of the Henri Bendel Fifth Avenue store, the showroom will offer a rotating selection of dresses from over 175 designer brands. In addition to being able to try on a few dresses before making a selection, customers will also be able to work with a “Go-To Girl” (a.k.a. personal stylist). Appointments can be booked online, but walk-in appointments are also welcome. Stay tuned for a bevy of “Girls Night Out” events that will be hosted at the showroom — complimentary nail services, makeovers, and more beauty-related surprises are slated to pop up in the next few months.
