After Miley Cyrus’s SNL appearance on Saturday night, she happened upon Lindsay Lohan at an unidentified club, totally by coincidence. Drawn like a moth to a flame, Lohan reportedly “climbed over from her table next to the DJ booth to Miley’s table,” says the Post. (Let’s picture a banquette-straddling clamber, the kind that makes security guards mad because the clamberer almost always falls, set to the music in Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet, when Claire Danes and Leonardo DiCaprio are staring at each other through the fish tank.)

Anyway, Lohan made it over safely, and something magical happened: the kind of synergy that occurs between two famous people, late at night, when they know everyone sees them. “The two immediately began whispering in the corner. From that point on, the two tables essentially became one,” “Page Six” writes. So unified were they that one of Lohan’s companions, Ralph Lauren model Morgan O’Connor (who has reportedly been “seeing Lohan”), also “hit it off with Miley.” Oho. They all left together “just after 5 a.m.,” but whatever happened after that may as well have not happened at all, because no one told the tabloids.
