To celebrate the opening of follow pop singer Britney Spears’s Vegas act, Katy Perry chose a tween-friendly white tutu topped with an oversize, iridescent faux football jersey. She accessorized with an equally iridescent (and confusing) mini backpack, knee socks, and motorcycle boots. Her glowing, minimal makeup look is a win, but the shiny T-shirt-tutu combo is off-putting, not only because it looks like she lost a battle with the deranged head of a middle school play’s costume department, but because the whole I can’t spell thing is cringe-worthy. Zero new friends, Katy? You don’t say!
