At last night’s National Television Awards in London, Naomi Campbell graced the red carpet in a silver-speckled gown that we can only believe is the grandchild of the sheer, bedazzled body stocking. The shimmery dress, from Michael Kors’s 2014 resort collection, gives the intriguing illusion that Campbell is covered in static-y bits of aluminum foil. Though Kors calls the pattern “giraffe print,” we find the overall effect is closer to that of an iridescent reptile — in a good way, like one of those adorable metallic frogs that are always in museum gift shops.
