Street Style: All Bundled Up at Pitti Uomo

By

Winter weather always provides an additional dressing challenge, and as Pitti Uomo begins, the seasonal chill seems to have inspired an elaborate layering competition. The Cut’s Youngjun Koo was there to capture the scene as Italian showgoers like Shaka Maidoh, Tommy Ton, and T-Michael donned jackets on top of jackets, paired with beanies and obligatory cigars. The ubiquity of peacoats did make room for more inspired leg coverings, though, including an intriguing trend of shorts with high socks (or maybe tights?), as well as a pair of seasonally appropriate snowflake-patterned trousers.
