As Fashion Week curtails, parties are still raging on and testing the energy of their devoted guests. Party photos-wise, it becomes acutely easier to tell which parties seem like genuinely fun diversions, and which seem to drag into the night. It is perhaps not entirely surprising that the crew of creative celebrities at the world premiere of Matthew Barney and Jonathan Bepler's River of Fundament at BAM last night did seem to be having a relaxed or jovial time. While Kanye West certainly looked the testiest, it seems like a cavalcade of forced smiles from others like Maggie Gyllenhaal, Peter Sarsgaard, Marina Abromović, and Rufus Wainwright. Much more fun was had at Saint Heron Presents 2,346 of 1MSQFT of Culture, hosted by Solange Knowles. Knowles looked like a breezy delight in a pink suit as singer Kelela performed some of her moody, beautiful songs. In other locales, Richard Chai, Prabal Gurung, and Joe Jonas attended the Last Magazine and eBay Party, while Lil' Kim dashed off a quick performance and baby announcement at the MAC Cosmetics Celebrates The Blonds AW14 Fashion Week After Party.
