Yesterday in Las Vegas, Angelina Jolie showed up for CinemaCon’s annual state of the industry event at Caesars Palace wearing two different shades of white. In a loose, cream-colored silk blouse and pair of bright-white, wide-legged pants (both from Juan Carlos Obando’s fall 2014 collection), Jolie’s outfit was a striking departure from her typical all-black business uniform, and was, perhaps, a nod to other humanitarians of yore. Though the ensemble had some loose ends — a scarf draped around her neck and two sashes on each of her wrists made for some odd flutters — the overall look is stately and dignified, like a contemporary goddess, or, dare we say, an Eileen Fisher mom.
