There Is Now Such a Thing As ‘Fit Beer’

To the delight of "drinkball" and "drinkamural" teams everywhere, a new company is launching a low-calorie, protein-packed "fit beer." NPR reports that Lean Machine is marketing the drink as "recovery ale," with only 77 calories. And not only is it low calorie, it also only packs 0.5 percent alcohol by volume, so it probably won't give you the liquid courage to talk up your cute CrossFit partner. So go ahead and spike your Gatorade/chocolate milk with beer — but it won't count as Paleo.
