Alexander Wang is set to design a collection for H&M, the company announced today, making him the first American designer to collaborate with the brand.
According to H&M’s creative adviser, Margareta van den Bosch, the 30-year-old designer “is one of the most important voices in fashion today. He understands exactly what people want to wear and does it with an energy and passion that’s infectious.”
The lineup will include men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and accessories, but unfortunately, Wangsters will have to wait until November 6.
