This week, Madonna avoided jury duty by presenting a note from her doctor. It was a legitimate note and a legitimate doctor, reported “Page Six.” For Madonna would never in a million moons eschew her civic duties. Everyone nodded that this was so and wished Madonna a speedy recovery and recommended soup and rest.
So how did this dear, sickly creature recover? Well, on this day of grave illness, strong spindle-arms posted a sunny photo of a cute, tousled kid pile at a barbecue to her Instagram. She penned a semi-incoherent (fever-dream?) caption: “Breaking up a fight iSome kind of bar b que !!!!#cicconeyouth.”
Breaking up a fight! While so ill? That good, kindly hearted civil servant. Even in her sickness, she does her part.
