It's a bit of an arms race right now to add steps to the standard beauty routine. Three steps are for kids (or college students). The newest addition to the routine is eye serum, which I greeted with an eye roll. But, curious to improve my undereye area, I tried Eminence Organics Neroli Age-Corrective Eye Serum, a watery, nutrient-rich fluid full of coconut water, neroli oil, green-apple stem cells, carrot extract, and a natural retinol complex, which adds a jolt to your eye cream. I used it directly after a night of drinking and found that any lines under my eyes disappeared. The serum even gave a luminosity that made my dark eye circles two shades lighter. Unlike most creams, which you pat into place, you can liberally massage this fluid under your eye, forming the perfect base for (yes, another step) eye cream. It also makes your face smell like Tom Ford, or how I imagine he smells (like Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino).
