Here's another runway beauty trick you have already mastered unintentionally: mascara that looks as though its wearer got caught in the rain. At the Rochas show in Paris today, models were given clumpy doll lashes with artfully placed mascara blobs under each eye. The "strange doll" look was created by makeup artist Lucia Pieroni, who also dusted the lids with a wash of light-blue eye shadow from Clé de Peau Beauté’s forthcoming Eye Color Quad in 310, according to Style.com.
There's a very slim chance that this will be interpreted as a deliberate look outside the runway, unless it's seen on people like Zoe Kravitz, who wore a more bohemian and less messy version recently. But if runway trends continue to follow beauty mistakes I already make, here's hoping that chipped nails and uneven cuticles are next.
