This season, turtlenecks are everywhere: on the Marc by Marc Jacobs runway, on your cool friend — even on Rihanna. While you might already have your white one picked out, consider adding another: a sleeveless option for layering over a button-down shirt or midi skirt. Sleek in design, it will allow your arms to move around (and, thankfully, won’t make you overheat in the office).
